Everyone has a bad day now and then, even after 26 years in business, I find myself once in while not having that "extra". My apologies if you thought otherwise. Did not have a good experience. Was told that you could only use Groupon once as a first time customer. No repeat buys. Groupon gives the option to purchase again. Technician would not honor Groupon. Said would call and refund cost. Have not received refund as of yet. No stars. Will not use again.

Yes ma'am that is correct. It says it on our page, 1 Groupon per customer and for new customers only. I have reached out to Groupon to ensure you do get a refund.
