They truck you into spending more money. Groupon doesn't cover what they advertise.

They are VERY difficult to work with, have horrendous customer service, very very difficult to reach someone in the afternoons, keep clients on hold for over 10minutes.... It's just a very bad situation there. I really hope that people don't buy their groupon like I did, and then are so terribly disappointed.
