Terrible Service, don't waste your time and money. To begin with, the lady has an angry attitude. Second, the atmosphere is not relaxing, and finally, the lady was too rude to my skin and did not take care of it, so I did not want to continue with the service. Therefore, I would never return to this place.

This place was my worst electrolysis experience ever. Sara was nice but lacked experience in spite of reportedly being in the business for 20 years. She used my mask to cover my nose & eyes; an ineffective numbing cream while puncturing your skin. I was asked to lay my head back off the table for her to work on my chin, with her head pressing down on forehead. Extremely slow. Won’t return/refer!!

The office was poorly signed and difficult to find; and the practitioner (who never introduced herself) was grumpy about being asked to do bikini line as she said that the Groupon I bought was "only for the face" (I reread the fine print in the Groupon and there was no such restriction listed). She also seemed grumpy about my asking for a pillow for my head, and had me hanging off the table in a very uncomfortable weird way. It was quite painful (I don't know what's normal, never having done it before). That said, I'm down two small patches of hair and the skin healed quickly so ??
