SFC Limo, Burlingame

Great experience

Alex was a consummate professional, smooth driver, and was flexible for any and all stop requests. He deserves special recognition for calmly and cordially dealing with our tipsy bunch on the way home. We would absolutely recommend SFC limo to all.

Celebrating my moms 75th Bday. Weren't picked up by SFC Limo and seemed contracted out. He was 30 minutes late & made every excuse about traffic & his gps, my husband and I drove from Burlingame where he said he was out of we had no issues. AC didn't work, windows didnt work & He missed the first 2 wineries we gave him with address again blaming his gps. I Emailed the owner and got no response

We had several issues with our driver and tried to contact by phone and email but no answers back. We all felt service provided did not meet the standard. Here's a listing; driver was not prepared and had no idea where we were going or who he was picking up after arriving 10 to 15 min late; he demanded $180 at the start even though all was paid in full at this point, did not provide any of the two complimentary bottles of champagne mentioned in the add, drove erratically by breaking hard and speeding up causing the car to jerk back and forth which caused several people to get bad motion sickness, scared several people when he pulled out in front of another limo. The worst part was upon dropping us off the driver yelled at us and cursed at us telling us to go fuc% ourselves several times. He yelled at me saying i had no idea where i was going even though i was tbe one who set everything up and provided directions from place to place from google. We tipped $120 which was generous considering all mentioned. The driver then got very aggressive a few times and I thought I was going to have to call the cops and keep him from attacking members in the party. This behavior was so uncalled for and Noone in the party can understand how this situation escalated to how it did. None of us provoked him but told him that we were unhappy with the jerky motions that caused several people to feel and get ill, that's when he got verbally angry and stormed at the people in the party like he was going to punch someone upon us tipping 120. The places we visited were given to the company ahead of time... my number was also provided so the driver could have contacted me if he was running late or confused on where to pick up. One of the passengers also forgot a WiFi hot spot in the car which I also emailed the company to tell them but I doubt we will be getting that back
