I brought my parents in this weekend for lunch (visiting from out of town) and they said they can't wait to come back the next time they visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience :)

There seemed to be far too many employees behind the counter, and it confused things immensely. However, I think the reason there were so many people was because several had NO CLUE what they were doing. One guy didn't know how to validate my Groupon. Another person didn't really look like she knew how to make sandwiches. No one really seemed to know what was on their menu - when we ordered there was a lot of checking the menu (posted on the wall), checking the cash register, asking co-workers, etc. There was one person who seemed to be keeping the place moving, but he was so busy trying to fix everyone else's problems that he forgot my iced tea, and our sandwiches took an extraordinarily long time to make given the number of employees (and relatively few customers). I counted at least five employees, but there were possibly one or two more. For a tiny shop that seems an excessive number of people.
