I did not have a good experience in this office and that is putting it lightly. Dr. Cobham did not introduce herself or wash her hands when she came into the room. She instead said to me have you got your shot yet? She admitted she did not read my medical history. There was no dental hygienist. The assistant polished my teeth. Dr. Cobham was going to scale them. I got up and left!

I strive to provide excellent dental care to all patients. My office requires that patients be on time for their dental appointments and complete all required paperwork. I will perform the suggested CDC/ADA and NC Dental Board recommendation of screening patients for COVID-19 and recommend vaccinations to all patients as any caring Dental Professional should. Your appointment will not occur without these necessary measures to protect the public and my staff.

x-rays, assistant only polished teeth, said she was not certified to clean tarter around the gum line. Dentist came in I informed her of a large hole in a tooth she suggested bridge or crown. Said hygienist retired and does cleaning herself. Used a drill to clean tarter on gum line on three inner front teeth. Said all others looked good. No oral assessment exam. Over 1 year my last dental appt.

The instruments used to remove calculus is a cavitron and or hygiene hand instruments, not a drill. Dentists don't use "drills".
