They need betterbcostumer service, and fallow up on complains. I have purchase two groupns in the last two weeks. The first one we couldn't use it. I wrote a letter of complain and have yet to heard from them...

cThis is my second attempt using Groupon with Bang-on. The first time staff told us they didn't have the proper login code to redeem it, so my family wasted a few hours making a trip to the mall for nothing. My wife sent an email complaint to Bang-on , but received no response, which I thought was pretty poor. This most recent time we redeemed the Groupon, waited around for an hour, and then was told to come back tomorrow because their equipment wasn't working properly. Come on Bang-on... Get it together! What a waste of our time!

My Groupon had actually expired but when I went into the store I was told they'd try the code and see if it worked - when it did they honored it which was unexpected and great customer service.

The experience there was horrible. Let me tell you why. I was at the Metrotown Store in Vancouver BC and the manager Donald there was lacking professionalism and an ability to understand the customer`s position. I had purchased a voucher for the use of making a custom Halloween costume, but the print they had was out-of-stock so I decided to pay for it first and pick it up on Tuesday, Oct. 10 as per the manager`s request. I picked out a blank t-shirt and also some accessories to match my outfit. My friend was lucky enough to get the t-shirt printed out (it was the last once, henceforth I had to wait till next week), and the product was not what they delivered it as to be. I decided to get a refund on the purchase made as nothing was set in stone (all he had was my t-shirt that was still blank) as he charged me for the prints and everything already. Donald the manager at the store refused to provide a refund as the store policies only enables one to receive store credit; mind you that he was the one that helped me with my purchase and knew that nothing had been printed yet. I was insistent on asking for any return & exchange store policies and Donald simply replied with ``we do not have any documentation on our returns and refunds,`` and ``go ask the government about your consumer rights``. I was extremely appalled by what he said and took the store credit as he was adamant about not giving back a refund. How can you possibly have no documentation on your store policies and/or not be willing to disclose it to your consumers. That is just beyond me. I would never go back to Bang-On or recommend it to anyone as this experience included a lack of knowledge, customer service, and empathy with this manager at this store. I left that day empty-handed with a voucher I bought from Groupon that is deemed as ``redeemed`` by the manager and $20.00 worth of store credit I would otherwise never use again because of this experience. Please handle this with the utmost seriousness and I am not asking for a refund, but simply to acknowledge that Bang-On is doing a huge disservice to its customers by providing such ill-advised information to its consumers. Went to the bangon at metrotown... Asked for a waldo costume, they made a shirt with 5 strips and wouldnt give my money back. Btw the strips dont connect. Will def be going to headoffice about this

I ended up getting one T-Shirt at the store with one logo to be printed. I had to pay almost $20 on top of my Groupon purchase. I wasn't happy about that. But when I went to give the guy my logo it was in my e-mail account. I tried to send it on my mobile phone but it wouldn't send. I asked him if he could open up my e-mail on the computer right at his desk and he said no. I had to leave, that location was an hour away from my house. I thought I was getting a deal and I feel as though I was ripped off. I paid for the shirt and left it there. I haven't been able to go back and get it printed (as I re-sent the logo when I got home from my computeR) and I haven't been contacted. The man at the desk was rude and I wish I could get a refund and wish I never bought the coupon to begin with. I ended up wasting more money and energy and I don't even have the shirt!!
