This photographer tried manipulating us into buying a lot more than the Groupon was for. He would not stop pestering us and making it seem like we were at fault for buying the Groupon and not buying more than that. I have reported him to the BBB.

This guy was so mean- I could tell on the phone trying to schedule that he had an attitude- On the day of pictures I showed up at his very creepy-un kept house which he calls his studio I guess- I handed him the groupon and he let me know if I wanted to be able to get a CD to print pictures I owed him 200 more bucks- He let me know that he doesn't waste his time on customers that only have the groupon to present, they must buy more from him- Honestly, This guy scared me- I would be surprised if I was the only complaint-

Not good at communication. Not good with kids. Rude. We got a good picture, but no one in the family liked him. Have decided to buy a high quality digital camera and take our own family portraits from now on!
