I would give this 0/5 if I could. The merchant was unprofessional when I tried to call to schedule. I felt very uncomfortable after the call and alerted Groupon. After, this Groupon was redeemed without my consent. I have attempted resolving with Groupon with no help. They claim to have escalated the case due to fraudulent activity but no one seems to do anything about it.
