It's hard to keep up with whether this place is open, closed, out of business, or bankrupt. Their hours are as unpredictable as their air conditioning while the quality of their food has become only too predictable. I have been 'stuck' with the last Groupon I bought for them as I was unable to get there during one of the intervals they were open. The last time I tried, after having ascertained that they were open, they were closed. An employee of another mall store told me that she thought they were being sued by the franchise owner. I don't know if that is correct, but I have given up on the place!

Food is good, Kim, our server was friendly and attentive. Burgers are really good. Deep fried brownies appear to have been in the freezer. Can't recommend ordering it.
