DO NOT PURCHASE GROUPON. I had scheduled an appointment and they came and wanted to charge an additional $200 for “excessive mess.” While it does state there is a fee for excessive mess, there are no details on what qualifies or how much the fee was. This fee was more than I paid for the Groupon. When I told him I would clean it more to avoid the fee, he stopped responding to me. I tried to get a refund and he wouldn’t respond. I tried to book the appointment and he wouldn’t respond. I had to dispute this with my bank and showed the proof of my attempted communication and his lack of responses and months later, I got my refund. I would not recommend him to anyone. I paid and got no service.

I did not use this groupon. I called the owner over a month ago and he never got back to me to schedule the service. I am extremely disappointed.

Never in my life have I complained about anyone.but this company is the worst they didn't do the bed of my truck they charged me and Xtra 120.00 the mats were dirty.they were very unprofessional.do not use them

Maureen sorry to hear about your experience. Inside the bed of the truck is not included in the Groupon price especially when it is completely full of contents. the mats you are referring to we scrubbed them three different times with three different cleaning products and they are stained as I'm guessing the mats are about 10 to 12 years old. there was a couple of little stains that didn't come out and I suggested just replacing the mats with new ones. all in all I thought this was a good experience being your husband came out and was joking with us throughout the detail performance.
