total scam. they told me after one treatment it was no longer available. took my money though...

Just found out Val left without letting the customers know and the center will not accept the groupons. She took $150 cash from me for an extra area and now that money is gone and the center will not accommodate my loss. I have to now try and get a refund thru groupon.

Upon arrival the place is a mess, doesn't even appear to be an office...nobody greeted me...I waited for quite a while before being greeted by a person I couldn't even understand. More waiting to get in a room which was under construction and actually open to the elements! The gal, VAL, seemed fine the first time. The second time I believe she did nothing but "freeze" me and try to upsell me more procedures. I was going to actually speak to the MD that she worked under upon returning (this due to the fact that there was no proper office phone no. given or found anywhere) Upon returning for 3rd treatment VAL, don't ever use her where ever she may be, had been "Let go" and "taken all the records" so I had no appointment and the new laser person helping them said "come back with your groupon" which I called in instead...she declined to accept it and said I could get a partial refund. All in all a big hassle and disappointment but mostly I did not feel the place was professional and would never return there.

Horrible, the young lady Val that did my first treatment quit. I’ve called and left messages and no call backs. I’m trying to get my second treatment only because I’ve already paid for it. So disappointed
