It is unfortunate that you felt you had a poor experience. I personally had a conversation with you about Formostar Infrared Body Wrap before you purchased your Groupon. I explained to you that it was a Wrap. And that it is wrapped over clothing. It was never said that it was a Sauna. You went ahead purchased the Groupon for the Formostar Body Wrap. You then partook in the wrap service after arriving at the salon and it was clear to you that it was not a sauna. You also choose to go half the recommended time because you had plans after. After calling and saying you were happy, and it wasn’t what you excepted. We offered you a salon credit for our many other goods and services, that you accepted.

The staff here are extremely helpful and nice! I have had an amazing experience tanning and doing the body wraps! This is my new tanning salon. I highly recommend coming here

The ladies were great but I didnt sweat much and the machines appeared outdated. Maybe others sweat more than me? Idk but i didnt feel like i lost any weight.

Check in was very smooth...receptionist was very sweet and informative.. Facility is very clean... they offer a variety of services.....I definitely recommend it. I bought 10 sessions and can not wait for my next appointment.
