Backyard trampolines suffer from some unfortunate limitations. Perhaps you have more friends than can safely fit on the trampoline, or the edges stop just shy of where you truly wish to leap. Not so at Sky High Sports. The center's multiple indoor arenas feature sprawling floors of continuous trampoline material, and even the walls boast angled trampolines. Of course, the stretched trampolines feature spring-supported frames, which, in addition to adding a little extra give, feature a covering of 2-inch thick safety pads. Supervisors are also there to ensure that every bounce experience is fun and safe.

The center is almost always open for free-form fun, though kids can also enjoy more structured trampoline activities, such as dodgeball. For their part, adults can take part in the AIR-obics classes offered several times a week, working up a sweat during a 50-minute workout designed to torch calories and fasten smiles on faces.
