They just wanted to up-sell services. They did a lot of hard selling, and the clinic itself wasn't the most cutting edge. Every time the X-ray bit that goes in my mouth fell out onto the chest guard, she just wiped it with a tissue and put it back in my mouth...I'm hoping the chest guard gets sanitized between uses.
