There's no assembly line of available personal trainers at Topanga Training & Fitness. Instead, trainers are matched with clients based on their areas of expertise, as well as the clients' medical needs and goals. It's a system that speaks to the family-owned gym's passion for personalized fitness—the same dedication that comes through during private Pilates sessions and boot-camp drills. Specialty programs also accommodate guests who are older than 50 and women who are pregnant. Regardless of their current pupils, however, the certified trainers all incorporate nutritional advice and progressive exercise adjustments into their routines, helping guests to achieve wellness milestones in a nonjudgmental setting.
