Banff Rocky Mountain Resort, Banff

Room was decent. The swimming pool was disgusting, chunks of hair, food and cigarette butts all along the floor in the water. The front desk girl was very unprofessional ignorant and argumentative. We were not notified by anyone how and when to use our dining credit, when we tried to use it we were told the restaurant was close for lunch for a private event. It was then wasted

The unit we had was not well cleaned (dust under the microwave & behind night table, top of the fridge was greasy & dirty). It was just plain tired and we will never go there again as a result. We commented that although it was big enough for two adults, adding two children would make it very tight.

Very nice place

We did not have the best experience. The pull out bed was broken, (huge bend in the middle of it), the upstairs occupants were moving furniture/ very loud until 2am, and the place was not clean at all. Toothpaste on walls, hair on pillows, and overall the unit was not well kept. Broken light fixture, chairs were loose and leather peeled completely off, huge chunks of wallpaper dangling off walls.
