It took a number of days for the owner to respond and book an appointment. She claimed her debit/credit machine was broken and only accepted cash. I was booking my next appointment (was a series of 3) and after a week of no response via messages her phone is disconnected. Groupon confirmed there were issues and the business was non-responsive.

Don't know why this offer is still up I purchased this voucher and had it cancelled by Groupon as they said it was a hard business to get on contact with

I tried booking the Vitamin C facial about a month before the voucher expired, it was hard to get a date due to the owners schedule and personal issue had come up and she couldn't be available, which was understandable. I was told that I could use my voucher after the expiry date but honestly I never did book the appointment. So I never did get to use the voucher, which sucks.
