Probably one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. The lady who helped me was called Mackenzie, she was almost 20 minutes late to our section (I had to wait on the hallway), did not apologize (walked right through me, opened the door and said "are you coming?), was rude and careless, was on her phone for 15 min before starting my lashes, extremely rude and sarcastic comments. Bad job.

very difficult to book an appointment. there machines go down frequently. lots of delayed appointments due to broken machines. They don't call to let you know when it is working again. Sometimes months for repairs

The folks were lovely, however my lashes fell out after a week. I called and left a message to see what could be done, with no answer back. I still have a "fill" available on my groupon, but with no lashes to fill, not sure what it is that I can do with it.

Literally showed up on time and the place was closed. There is never anyone to actually talk to on the phone. They never got back to me to refund me. THE F ING WOREST
