Hours of operation. During the week the hours are great because the gym is open until 9pm. I rarely have time to work out during the week and they close so early on weekends, by the time I finish work at 5:45 the gym is closed. Longer hours Friday-Sunday would be great. Other than the hours I really enjoy working out at Life Works
