We had to make an appointment for an oil change, something that doesn't happen with shops that specialize in oil changes. I wanted to use the coupon prior to a trip but they didn't have an opening before we left(They could give me an appointment 4 days after we were leaving. I allowed 2 days to get an appointment.). Then when we did make an appointment, we were told they couldn't do the work for 2 hours after our scheduled appointment. They offered us a ride home, which was good, but we ended up wasting our day waiting to get the car back. It ended up taking over 5 hours for an oil change. I won't return to this company when I can go can to other shops and be done in an hour.

Customer service still needs improvement. After I bought the Groupon, I discovered they were offering the service directly to the public for the same price, so went to check it out without the Groupon. Part of the service is for an alignment check and I was sure my alignment was out but was assured it was good by their service guy. When I returned to use my groupon, I was actually given a report showing that my alignment was out just as I thought. It means I drove for 3 months putting abnormal wear on my tires that could have been corrected had the problem been identified the first time.

IT WOULD APPEAR THE SERVICE ADVISOR FORGOT I WAS WAITING IN THE CUSTOMER LOUNGE WHILE MY VEHICLE WAS BEING SERVICED SO I WAS NOT TOLD IT WAS READY,ONLY WHEN I GOT A LITTLE WORRIED AND RETURNED TO THE SERVICE BAY I FOUND IT WAS READY. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG IT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE
