The groupon deal would be great EXCEPT they referred to the 20$ mandatory key card charge as a deposit, and when I went to refund it they told me they don't refund it anymore. They also clearly did not want to provide me with the "personal session" option when i declined tanning. So add an unexpected 20$ non-refundable charge to the cost of your groupon for the total price. Unimpressed and the customer service was poor, do not refer to a non-refundable charge as a deposit. The gym itself was clean and quiet, minimal equipment but good use of the space.

the gym is clean, the staff are friendly, and there’s hardly anyone ever there so it’s never overcrowded! Beware the $20 fee for the card is no longer refunded to you. Otherwise, great experience!

Staff was welcoming and took the time to review what I needed to know. Was not aware of the access card fee of $20.00 but it is reimbursed when you return it. Facility was clean and bright. Very low cost option if you just want the basics of a work out facility.
