The treatment ad is very misleading. In particular, the "Consultation and two weight loss treatments, including one acupuncture treatment", is only two appointments, not three. After my first session, they asked me to pay the GST towards my Groupon (cash, with no receipt). My second session, the room they had me in looked like they just finished with another customer. There was a towel draped over the heating lamp, the old sheet and gown were crumpled on the table and there was a half drunk cup of water on the only seat in the room. When you're in the room, the door itself doesn't close all the way so you can see, and I'm sure others can see you, laying on the table half naked with acupuncture needles. It's practically impossible to book an appointment with the acupuncturist. They only work Tuesday 10 - 2 and Saturday 10 - 2. Very small window and practically impossible to book for those that work during the week. But yet they want you in at least 3-5 days after your first session.

Will not be coming back here. Called 3-4 times over a month period to even get someone to answer, eventually got an appointment but when I got there the doctor wasn't available so the man running the administration desk is the one who put needles down my spine. He was trying to do both at the same time, even answering the phone in the middle of putting needles in my back. Overall disorganized.
