Joy listens and doesn't overcut long hair. She is an expert colorist and has flexible hours. I felt like I made a friend.

I went for the Malibu treatment, hair touch up and trim. Sadly when I got to work today, my co-worker who was admiring my trim noticed (I was seated and she was standing over me and she touched my hair and noticed that there were a lot of strands at the back of my head which were not touched-up. I noticed a few too at the top of my head and on the side as well. I will be calling Joy to let her know.
