Everyone was very professional and kind. Excellent service! I felt very cared for and respected by all of the staff. I liked the family atmosphere. The only thing that made me feel a little uncomfortable was at the end I was scheduling another appointment for some additional work that was a bit costly, when the lady was asking me if I could make a partial payment before my appointment. I didn’t but I felt pressure to do so. I didn’t like that

The office was very nice and the staff was very friendly. I felt a little mislead though. I haven’t been to the dentist in 4 years, so I was expecting the worst. However, the person doing the x-rays showed me both on the x-rays & in the mirror the 3 problem spots she saw. She said I have probably 2 cavities, maybe a third, but that my teeth were in great condition. The dental hygienist then checked my gums & said they were in great shape too. The dentist then came & saw me. She talked to me about a few trouble spots & was not quite as optimistic sounding as the first two people. Overall, it seemed like she was still only talking about 2-3 cavities though. She did mention Invisalign immediately which kind of threw my off because my teeth are pretty straight. Seemed like she was just trying to get more money out of me. She then asked the hygienist to talk to me about MI Paste during my cleaning. I know I haven’t been to the dentist in a while, but it was a more painful teeth cleaning than I’m used to. It’s been 2 hours & my teeth & gums are still sore. After my cleaning, she gave me a bottle of MI Paste & told me how to use it saying it would help the health of Kyle teeth. When I went to check out the receptionist said “That’ll be $25 for the MI Paste. She told you that right?” And I of course said no. She apologized, but I was still kinda irritated by that. Then she goes to show me the breakdown of the SEVEN caveties I supposedly have & FIVE other teeth they are watching. I was flabbergasted & said I wasn’t getting all of those filled at least not right away. I asked which was most emergent & she said all of them were & made it sound like my teeth were in bad shape. It was definitely off-putting & I felt very mislead in the end.

Bought this for my wife. I Was very nervous about a Groupon for the dentist but she said they were so nice and did such a great job. Very happy about this deal.

The staff is always friendly and very professional, this has been the best dentist since i moved here. The facility is clean and organized and it definitely does not feel like a dentist office. I highly recommend is dental office.
