I would rate the service as okay. Ray came with no ladders and shot the spray from the ground, He was here for 45 minutes or so. The windows had soap streaks . He was limited to the length of his hose. I wanted a better job.

Jon was responsive in setting up a time that was convenient. When he arrived, he explained what he would be doing, set up and went right to work. The house looked 100% better after he finished!
