Nikki has a great personality, and does a great job. Makes you feel very comfortable and she’s easy to talk to. I’ve been using Groupons to try out various estheticians for facials, and now that I found Nikki, I will continue using her.

Nikki was so delightful! Just an FYI if you go there....I went on a weekend and the location of the office has little foot traffic. The shop owner left and locked the door for Nikki's safety and I was perplexed when I arrived to a locked door and Nikki could not hear me knocking.
My facial was great! I loved the pampering experience and my skin was so soft and less haggard looking.

wonderful, relaxing, effective facial. only negative was ambient noise as it's in a small room within a hair salon. quality of facial was worth it, tho.
