I had my air conditioning serviced last year. The unit is just a few years old and had never been a problem. The technicians made some suggestions of work that was needed. I was not prepared to do any additional work, but made note of their suggestions. The weather cooled off but later heated up, and I noticed that even when I turned temp down to 70 and below, it did not get cool. I felt that the suggested repairs was a way to overcharge me for services I did not require. This year, I have has a trusted heating and cooling person come to determine why my practically new unit is not cooling. Well it turns out the tubes that collect condensation do not need service. The connection outside had been turned upside down, so that it would not cool due to not making the connection, While, Groupon is a way to obtain services at reduced costs, it should not be a means to try and get unnecessary repairs completed. I cannot in good conscience use this company again as it seems they are not trust worthy. I regret adding them to my list of vendors.

Called 25 minutes prior to arrival to confirm time. Arrived, explained work, addressed how/why and did great job cleaning and cleaning up.

The cleaning guy wanted to trick me into buying new one although mine is working well. It took me two hours, wasted my money and time for nothing done but frustration. I have to hire others to do the job. My worst experience!!
