My first appointment was rescheduled several times. Life happens, not a big deal. Went to the appointment and the manicure was great. Made my second appointment, which got cancelled on me, and then would not respond about rescheduling. Never went for second appointment. Better luck just popping into a salon and getting a manicure than trying to schedule here.

Also when booking make sure you confirm appointment this is very important. If you do not confirm system will cancel

Cancels 1-2 hours before appointment after scheduling 3 weeks in advance and confirming day before. No call backs. Came here once before and she was nice but after the first visit me and my friend both are unable to get appointments because they are cancelled.

We are only online booking, if someone has requested appointment before you than it’s their appointment. Holiday time is very busy time of year.
