I found the people at US-Mattress to be very helpful, however, most things in the way of linens you had to look at on-line and I was very disappointed by that because you want to be able to feel and see the products for yourself before you buy them. I placed my order, but when It came to me I didn't like it and wanted to return in. The problem was that since I bought it with a groupon They told me that I could not return or exchange it. This information was not in the fine print of the groupon and I was very frustrated that they (the company) told me this after the fact. I was not impressed with this groupon purchase. I felt that US-Mattress should have placed a disclaimer on the groupon if they knew in advance that they would not accept returns or exchanges from customers paying with a groupon.
