This was a scam. I did not get to use the Groupon and I lost my $100 Groupon fee. They make you come in for an hour consultation, watch a video and then say you have to buy $1000 package. They will not provide the one service because one treatment is not effective. When I asked for my money back they said “no” that was up to Groupon. Be ware!

This is a fraud review, Groupon does not keep payments unless voucher redeemed. Ay person who purchase a groupon treatment can redeem. Payments For Groupon are made directly to Groupon, and they always issue refund or credit. We do not sell any treatment package for $1000, totaL FRAUD REVIEW. iF A VOUCHER IS REDEEMED THEN THEY RECEIVED THE SERVICE THAT WAS PURCHASED.

The moment I walked in the door, they immediately tried to up-sell me on a different procedure. While the technician who treated me was great, the manager (owner?) gave me a sketchy used car salesman vibe.

Our obligation is to provide the right tratment, you received a free consultation to inform you of what was available,nothing more, in addition we s required to determine existing medical issues. If you feel a free consultation is not worth your time perhaps you should look elsewhere, most of our over 1000 clients appreciate the concern,buying med treatments in different then buying a gym pass.
