Buon Appetito Cafe, Cape Coral

Went their on a groupon, my husband and I had pizza along with a green salad. The pizza was very good, the salad dressing was very tart and din't not dress well with the salad. Our over all dining experience was good, with the exception of the management. We went to the restaurant on a groupon when it came time to pay our bill and after about 20 minutes waiting for the restaurant management to approve our bill while the waitress apologized for the wait of the managements approval. I guess the bottom line here is what should have been a couples nice dining experience, was very disruptive at the end . The management not being able to get proper approval and us not will to wait any longer,having words with the manager we ended up paying the bill in full and leaving. However just before leaving, I over heard a customer at a table mentioning to their waitress that he was sure the waitress was in experienced and did not sound happy. The good part, when we got home I called groupon and explained what happened and they without a lot of hesitation groupon credited my account for the money spent. I love groupon and have used them for years. I will never return to Buon Appetito Cafe in Cape Coral Fl. Sincerely The Huggins

We were a party of four and ordered 4 different meals. All were excellent. The service was slow compared to many restaurants but expected on a busy night with freshly prepared food. Plan on taking your time and have another glass of wine!!

dont go there rude poor service over priced for what you get

Ok - place for Italian. The night we were there , half of the restaurant was used for a bridal shower. Needless to say, It was very noisy and staff was busy with them versus regular customers. Portions were small for the price.
