I am sorry to tell my experience yesterday at this salon was not positive at all. Brenda was very nice, she provided a great customer service treatment. Unfortunately, the products used specially the peeling layer burned so much that she had to take them off. Next cream she used burned as much as the peeling she had taken off. She had to apply a gel after all those to cool down my face because it was awful. In my visit to your salon I used a Groupon that I received as a gift and I mentioned over the phone. I ended up paying double what it was already paid off with the Groupon, for a peeling that was not a peeling at all, because again, Brenda had to take it ff with a towel 5 minutes after she was applying the second or third layer. Plus, I did not know know it was an extra charge. She mentioned it, but it sounded like she was selling me a product to take home, I was not clearly advised it was an extra $35.00 dollars charge during the visit for the treatment I was getting with the Groupon. Be ready to have surprises at the time of checkout. Today my face is all red, shiny and dry, and I it hurts since I woke up this morning. Certainly the peeling that was never peeled off burned my face. I would recommend you not to buy this Groupon.
