The Fort Myers location seemed dirty, unorganized and unprofessional. I made an appointment, so I don't understand why the facial room wasn't set up already. I had to have part of my manicure done first and then had to wait for another client to exit the room for the room to be set up. I then felt like my 2nd half of my manicure was being rushed because her next client had arrived and someone else's client wanted to have my spot (thus was hovering), so that they could get their manicure at the same time as their friend. I also felt it was truly unprofessional for the receptionist and 2 other associates to openly talk about how a "new guy" went on lunch and how they felt he wasn't going to return and then talked about it again when it was confirmed that he wasn't returning. I even overheard the receptionist calling and re-scheduling/canceling appointments with the blase attiude of, "Ya, sorry the new guy didn't come back from lunch.." I was also disappointed in nail polish choices. I was really wanting a purple, but there wasn't any. Also my manicure lasted for only the remainder of the evening, the next day the polish chipped off on all, but 2 nails. With all the awesome reviews and the fact that this "group-on deal" was labeled as one of the best of 2011, I was expecting something pretty awesome, but was unfortunately let down.

The sheets and towels used in the facial area were stained (I hope) giving the impression that they were dirty. There were bobby pins, and visable surface debris on the wood floor of the facial area. The facial technician was a smoker and the smell on her hands was very strong. The manicure sinks that I was told to use to wash my hands had previously used equipment, and brushes in them, again causing a feeling of unsanitary conditions.
