Owner told me she did not accept Groupons and was not happy to accept it. Not friendly at all. She even took another client while taking care of me that she forgot to put on the schedule. Definitely would not recommend.

I went in with a groupon for a cut and keratin straightening for $173.00. I increased my service with a highlight color. The highlights have huge gaps of bleaching highlights around my face and I will need to get a touch up at another salon that will do it right. The owner of the salon charged me a total of $245.00 for the color and cut plus redeemed my $173.00 groupon and did not include my keratin treatment. This was not negotiable.
It was a total of $418.00 for no Keratin treatment...a color and cut.
I've never felt soo ripped off in my life !!!

Wonderful holiday highlights done by Maura today! So happy I found Monet Salon. I was able to book with ease, had a lovely interaction in house with both the owner, Julie and her great stylist who worked on my badly dried out damaged blonde. I walked away with zero root show and a great cut. Highly recommend, and will be back in January!
