I showed up 10 mins after the scheduled time due to the MT texting me telling me she was running 10mins late. 30 mins later finally showed up. Massage itself was okay. When I went to schedule my 2nd of 3 massages purchased told me she was no longer doing massage for medical reasons which I understand but checked that redeemed all 3 massages of my voucher 😡 Still have not been able to be refunded
