The pattering of right hooks and uppercuts are heard reverberating throughout IronFit Boxing Seven days a week. And that makes the trainers very happy. They welcome first timers and seasoned boxers alike, teaching them how to properly throw a punch, dodge a haymaker, or tickle an opponent into submission. The gym also holds kickboxing classes, during which students punch and high kick their way across rooms and connect with weighted bags while breaking a sweat. Both classes help students lose weight, gain muscle definition, and strengthen the core.
