I felt so welcome and comfortable right from the get go. This is a great way to try out a fitness facility and after my 2nd visit I am already thinking this is the right "fit" for me. I just might be on my way to the KoKo crazy zone.

A little pricey after the initial groupon, but so worth it. It is the easiest way I have found to get in shape. The physical exercise is challenging, but it is like having your own personal trainer at each workout.
The staff is great, especially Lauren!
