Awesome salon. Very clean and relaxing. I am so impressed with my hair. My stylist was Jessica. She listened to everything I wanted and my concerns and made my hair EXACTLY how I was wanting. My hair is still so soft the next day after washing from the conditioning treatment they did!

Sarah completely ruined my hair. My blonde hair was supposed to have highlights and a few low lights that I paid 30$ extra for. I walked out with gray, brown, purple, ashy hair with white streaks. She asked me if I wanted her to wash out the purple, blaming the shampoo, or if I wanted to do it at home. OMG. I called the next day to get in for a correction, they had availability for the next week. Really. After telling them I looked hideous and was not walking around looking like a calico cat, they found a spot. Jen, was inpatient, rude, did not want to touch my hair. I showed her what my hair looked like the day I walked in and a pic of what I wanted the 1st time. She said ok, then put maybe 5 foils in, barely washed my hair and nothing else, dried it and said she could only cover up the purple! If I wanted to come back in 3 days to make an appt and she would try again. I went back to my regular stylist, 4 hours and 225.$ later, my hair was fixed. The owner is yet to call me!
