Felt very rushed. Never did receive the keratin treatment but paid for it. She didn't have time to do it. All I got was a haircut. She didn't blow dry my hair or anything. I felt like she couldn't wait for me to leave because someone was waiting. VERY disappointed.

Cris gave me an appointment within a week of my request. The studio was well kept and Cris was very pleasant to deal with. I will be back!

Christine is very personable and did a great job on my hair. She really took the time to make sure everything was even and looked great!

Cutting someone's hair is an intimate experience; it takes time to develop a relationship, to learn about the person and her hair--each has its own temperament, its own sense of presence and expression. This was my first time meeting the stylist and she was rushed and expansive and expressive. I felt she was in a hurry to get done while her attention was divided waiting for her printer to arrive. I thought I was quite clear about what I wanted and to be honest I was stunned by the incredibly horrific hair cut I received. I clearly stated I wanted it to be below my shoulders, that I didn't want different lengths, layers etc. I received a "bob" with my hair well above my shoulders. The ends were a jagged mess. I held my frustration, my intensity, not responding until I had time to calm down and be, time to get another hair cut from someone who took the time to listen to what I wanted, who took time to go through the cut to find out what happened and what she could do to fix it so that I can look at myself in the mirror and not cringe, so that I can grow my hair back out to the length I wanted. I wanted to save money on a hair cut thus went for the Groupon coupon with an unknown person. I have now paid $100 in total to have my hair butchered and then fixed. Now I have a good 6 to 8 months or more to grow it out. Please, if you are going to cut someone's hair that you just met, try to slow down, try to set aside other agendas and be with the person sitting in your chair and hear what this person is saying. For me, I only wanted a few inches off, I wanted it cleaned up. I was not after a new look and I sure as heck did not want a bob. This was a terrible experience, one I will set aside and learn from it. I will not use Groupon for a hair cut ever again.
