When Tosha Turner was a kid, her friends and family would pay her 50 cents for shoulder rubs. Noni Brown, too, knew from an early age that massage therapy was for her—a manifestation of her natural tendency to nurture.

Now, as the owners of Journey to Calm, both women get to pursue what they do best in a soothing space of their own. During their specialty treatments like sports and fertility massage, they respond to the common aches and pains of athletes and mothers-to-be, while their Great Escape treatments give them 90 minutes to address all of a client's individual complaints.
