While the work outs were good, the customer service was horrible. The trainers never introduced themselves, had us sign any waivers, or corrected form on movements when needed. I was greatly disappointed in how I felt ignored by the trainers/owners. I have been to a couple different bootcamp or gyms and I have always been treated like a valued customer and have had to sign waivers- not here though. I would not recommend to others.
