Terrible. Bought six laser hair removal sessions. Only went to one before the place closed permanently! They were also super pushy to try and upsell me a much bigger more expensive package. Do not buy they do not exist anymore!

So, I purchased a Groupon for 6 laser treatments on my legs and after my initial consultation (which was NOT with Claudia), I decided to add in my upper lip as well (not through Groupon). This is a bit of a drive for me (about an hour and a half), but I got a good price on the Groupon so I thought I would give them a try. Today I had an appointment scheduled for my lower legs and upper lip, which I thought was at 11:30. I arrived at 11:31 and the staff at the front desk seemed unfriendly and annoyed and I was not sure at the time why as they did not say a word to me. I was handed an intake form with about 7 "yes" or "no" questions which took me about sixty seconds to complete. The laser tech, who had a very unfriendly demeanor, then leads me back to the treatment room and tells me to get changed and leaves the room. Upon her return she tells me that I was late and that she would only have 20 minutes to dedicate to my entire appointment. To which, I responded "I was a minute late", she then tells me that my appointment time was 11:20. I apologized and said that I thought it was at 11:30 and admitted that that would, in fact, make me 11 minutes late. She told me that she would only have time to do one of my legs as legs take 45 minutes. I replied to her that I don't mind her taking away the 11 minutes that I was late, but to only give me 20 minutes out of what should have been, by her calculations, a 55 minute appointment for both my lip and lower legs, I felt was unfair. She was extremely rude and said that she did not think it was fair for respectful clients to have to wait for someone who didn't care enough to be on time. I replied that I also don't believe that they should have to wait, I think my appointment should be shortened by the 11 minutes I was late and that we were wasting a lot of time talking about it. She then said again that she would do one leg, at which point I said that it was unfair and that I was going to leave. I collected my things and walked up to the front desk. The tech followed me to the desk and I asked to speak to the owner to which she responded "I am the owner, Claudia", I told her that was surprising given the way she speaks to her clients and I told her that I would like to cancel my remaining treatments since I hadn't used ANY of my leg sessions yet and only one of my upper lip. She replied "Thats fine, but no refunds". At which point I walked out the door. In closing, I understand that I was late and I take responsibility for that, but the right thing to do would have been for her to shorten my treatment time by the 11 minutes I was late and not by deducting 44 minutes off of my services. I would have been fine to have her not do my lip today (which takes about 10 minutes), but to say she could not do my lip and could only do one leg was unfair and unreasonable. But even more upsetting than that, was the way she talked down to me like I was a worthless waste of her time. I can't speak to how the laser works on the legs since I never got to have even one of my treatments, but as far as customer service and just plain being nice goes, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Holly thank you for taking the time to share your experience. There is always 2 side of the story, without sharing your case because is HIPPA violation. Every patient has the right to use all their treatments, we never denied treatment. If you don't follow the instructions of how to take care of the skin and hair before and after, if you are on antibiotics, if you are late 15 minutes or no show to your appointments we can't treat you. In your fist appointment you received all the instructions and the email we send 2 days before your appointment has a reminder of all this important things. Our services are amazing, we have great laser devices and we respect the time of all our patients. We run a busy practice if you are late is not fair to to take the next patient late and more when you signed a document saying you understand and accept our late arrival/no show/late cancellation policy. We would love to continue providing services, we just need you to be on time for your appointments
