Haven’t had an infrared sauna in almost a year... I am so glad I made the appointment!! I feel fantastic, relaxed, and less sore. The place is really clean, the rooms are spacious and so relaxing; staff is very friendly and low key. I will definitely be back, and maybe try the float room. Great experience, definitely recommend
