He gave me appointment 2 day out when I call make appointment and mention using voucher. On that same dat I went to the mall and see him sitting there no customer. So I approached him and ask if I can bring my daughter here tomorrow morning, he said sure then. Mention the voucher. Next morning me and my daughter went show him the voucher and he told me I have to paid $30 extra on top of voucher. I just want to fix my daughter phone before Christmas so I agreed. He told us 1 hr. We went around and come back an hr later and wait then he told us he missing part if we want to come back 3 hr later. So we went home and come back at 3pm like he told us too. He never show up until after 4 pm and not even call.
