Great gym, great staff. Dropped in for a few days while visiting the area and really liked the place. The gym had all the right equipment including new Rouge echo bikes, and ski erg’s. There was enough space so you weren’t running into people during the workout. I met the owner during one workout and he was a great guy who really cared about coaching and movement. I’ll go back for sure.

I've purchased a lot of gym/workout groupons in the past, used them, and then moved on to the next deal. However, in my ten sessions at Silver Strike I felt at home. All the coaches and fellow attendees were so welcoming and encouraging. All the workouts can be scaled to your fitness level so you get a good workout without killing yourself. The owners have really created a great fitness community.
