If you enjoy a LOUD team spirit environment, then this is the place for you! Everyone is very nice and extremely supportive. The deal breaker for me was the extremely loud decibel levels that one has to endure during ALL (except for one) of the classes. I wore my ear plugs but still had trouble protecting my ears from the deafening sound levels. If you exercise you can get your body back into shape, but if you lose your hearing, it is gone forever!! The only class that was bearable sound-wise was the 8:30 AM yoga class, which I liked very much. The instructor (Tina) was excellent. However, it was too advanced for me. So... I continue my search for exercise classes in Carson City.

My kids enjoyed it. It's a nice clean place. The staff wasn't as friendly as I was hoping. I felt like it was because I just was a groupon customer and not a "regular". But we would do it again if it came back onto groupon. It's waay too expensive to do it otherwise
