Big simple fun with the family!

The wagon ride through the woods & animals-camels-eating out of your hand was fun. The petting zoo was disappointing, only goats to feed. The paid pony ride was too short & George the giraffe wasn’t eating the purchased carrot. So be prepared to get in the farm for your admission and ride the tractor-pulled wagon & maze. Other activities cost money.

Going to make this an annual trip moving forward. Went in 2016 and 2021. It gets better each time.

Good ride on the tractor pulled wagon but beware there’s no hay. The petting zoo was disappointing, only goats to feed once you bought the food. Pony ride needs to be longer as it was only 5 times around the small circle. My 2 year had a good time, I thought it was pricey

My two year old grandson, enjoyed himself. Lots of amazing animals however, the included activities ain’t that great. And there was no hand sanitizer available throughout the farm or on the hay ride. As was mentioned in the deal details. Overall great experience. We will visit again & hopefully there will be plenty hand sanitizer readily available.

About this Business

At first glance, Pettit Creek Farms looks much the same as other farms. Cows moo and goats bleat from the barnyard, while wagons full of hay and passengers trundle along. But then someone rides by on a camel. A zebra cranes its striped neck over a fence, searching for handfuls of oats, and KatieBird the emu ruffles her feathers at passersby.

It's around the holidays that this unusual farm becomes its most active. In the fall, as the temperature drops and the pumpkin patch ripens, visitors can be seen perusing the squashes and heard trying to navigate the winding corn maze. And, come winter, the farm fires up thousands of Christmas lights, creating a mile-long wonderland for visitors to drive through.
