I feel awful making a bad review. The tour guide was very nice, but the tour was boring and quite ridiculous. The guide told long stories just to find out that they were not even about something haunted. After the tour, I looked up another tour in the area and found out that we had walked past numerous haunted sites without our guide mentioning a thing. We went into the cemetery with EMF readers, but did not let loose or do anything to find readings. Just not worth the time.

I'm my wife and the rest of the group had a wonderful time. The weather was rainy but it didn't dampen their experience.

The Tour was really interesting and fun. Although I think they let the groups get too large making it hard to hear the guide sometimes.

Tour was fun and entertaining. Its not a spooky tour with people jumping out at you, some history mixed the paranormal tools.

From Our Editors

Unless they’re drinking copious amounts of his namesake beer, tour goers along the Freedom Trail won’t likely catch a glimpse of famous revolutionary Sam Adams. But they will hear tales about his struggle for freedom from the British—the kind of struggle that made Boston a hotbed of revolutionary activity in the 1800s. Led by costume-clad tour guides, The Path to Independence tour takes visitors along the red brick path toward famed landmarks such as Boston Common, Old Granary Burying Ground, Old South Meeting House, and Old North Church. At each spot, they’ll learn about the site’s role in colonial Boston, from its founding years in the 1630s to the fight for American independence and the key players in the fight, including Paul Revere, Samuel Adams, and John Hancock.
