Heat wasn't on underneath the gravy for the biscuits & gravy. Needless to say.....cold gravy is not very appetizing. Ran out of boiled shrimp (11:45) and bacon was greasy. No wonder Dean's is closing as Deans. Quality controls were lacking and sorely needed.
